As we have mentioned in one of the previous articles “Best Free Halloween Icons to Try in 2018” it is the end of October and it means that Halloween is coming. So it is time to get ready for some White Walkers invasion, or at least people who will dress like the Others. Speaking of which, there are many fictional characters of this festival that can be called “white” in some way or another and ghosts are one of them.

Ghosts are the beloved characters of the Halloween, to say nothing about the easiness of its imitation: just don a white pure clean bedsheet,  cut two holes for your eyes and practice some howling sounds and you are ready for trick and treating. They are almost a calling card for hilarious and fancy this mid-autumn holiday. So if you want to add a Halloweeny spice to your website, digital postcard or any other UI you should definitely go for them. To provide you with some assistance, we have assembled a dozen of code snippets that feature ghosts. Some of them are funny, while others creepy. Choose one that fits your concept the best.
