Illustrative design is always something extraordinary. No matter where you run into it, it will always stand out. Use of vivid, either colorful or monochromatic graphic elements, including illustrations and mascots is a great way to make your website memorable and pleasant. Generally illustrations show off personality and creativity of a designer, so the more accurate and realistic drawing is, the more experienced and skillful performer seems to be.
Usually illustrations has been found only on the landing pages, in contrast to mascots that, as a rule, has been placed throughout the whole design. One of the main purpose of these installations is to grab users’ attention and direct it to accompanying text. So it’s really important to make harmonious interaction between mascote and message.
In the collection below you will find 29 excellent examples of website designs that perfectly implemented mascots, illustrations and messages.

Hey Nataly,
Awesome post! I’m currently designing mascots for a couple of sites, was just about to compile a list myself for research but looks like you’ve done a lot of the hard work for me 🙂
Thanks,
Andy
