Web Design Inspiration: Horizontal layout websites

More than 10 years ago this kind of websites did not used to be very user-friendly and was created rather in an experimental way than in practical one. Due to growing popularity of widescreen monitors, ipad and touch screen devices websites with  horizontal scrolling naturally come in handy. The horizontal scroll is gaining forces nowadays. However it should be noted that even today horizontal designs are not for every type of websites.

That`s why I have compiled 17  good examples of  using horizontal scrolling in website design.
